Great things

Wonderful friends giving me gorgeous ribbons and buttons for my makes always makes me smile:

I had a cream tea for lunch with a friend on Thursday and couldn't resist having a quick look in New Look. I am loving anything British right now:

Apart from a Pilates class, i was in all day Friday sorting out things for my stall on Saturday. I made myself a quick brie, tomato and chutney toastie for lunch - yummy!!!

Leigh on sea vintage and handmade fair - this is a gorgeous fair and has 2 floors. I resisted looking around for myself this time.

We went to see Nero at Brixton Academy on Saturday night and then to Electric Brixton for the afterparty in the early hours of Sunday morning:

nice things

I love this Jubilee tea towel from All tea towels

Whilst my son was having his op, (more about this over at my main blog) i was trying to keep my mind off by reading the paper and going on Facebook. I came across this rather lovely poem:

Making new baby lavender hearts. These will be in my shop soon, but in the mean time, if you'd like one please email me at poppyanddaisys@gmail.com. They are £3 each plus £1 p&p and come with either blue or pink ribbon words.

Treats waiting for my boys when they get home:
